Oundle Travel offer personalised bespoke travel packages. Their brief to us was to develop full-page promotional material for luxury trips under their new branding.
Our vision for each trip was to rely on the power of one great image, adding only a keyword within a simple statement to encapsulate the experience, with a few further details underneath.
The fabulous images and attention-grabbing text had an immediate effect on the numbers of enquiries and bookings – to the delight of the client, and, of course, us!
Our brief was to refresh the existing brand, keep the company colours but really add quality and professionalism to the brand.
Response from the client…
“I just wanted to say a big thank you for all of your hard work and attention with this project. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with you and I don’t doubt that I will be calling on you for other works as the need arises.”
After Umbrage gives carers of terminally ill relatives or loved ones an opportunity to have a much needed break in a beautiful cottage free of charge. Our brief was to design a leaflet which could be left at the doctors surgery or hospice. We decided upon an A6 8 page folded leaflet. This would be small enough to be tucked into a purse or bag but also with the folded pages contain information regarding the charity, it’s aim and the all important referral form.
The charity continues to go from strength to strength and provides care for those who care.
The little design studio loves a good cause, plus it offers the chance of creative freedom to make each event stand out from all other posters or advertisements and really encourage passers by to stop and look.
Each of these events were a real success, well done to all organisers who give their time freely to help raise money for such good causes.
These adverts were produced for French Exchange, an agency dedicated to sourcing quality sports horses. These images were only quarter page so the aim was to create beautiful, eye catching adverts which would immediately catch the eye of those browsing through the magazine the eye would fall on the image and naturally follow the flow of the text to fall on the all important call to action at the bottom right… telephone number and website address.
The Little Design Studio was asked to design a Brand Manual for Face2Face HR. Logo and colour scheme were already established so it was our job to work this into a very corporate and easy to follow guide. The vector illustrations throughout the document (see inside page as an example) were produced by our fair creative hands. Lovely project, visually very fresh and bright.
The Journey Brochure for Simpson & Partners Estate agents was a great project. The printed finished work has a look and feel of quality, with a gloss laminate finish on the purple strips on the front cover. Fantastic photography throughout.
When first approached to work on this project we jumped at the chance to bring the brochure to life with real people and real houses. Stock imagery is great but this brochure needed imagery which was carefully planned, relevant and totally different from the local competition.
The Little Design Studio were given a large amount of creative freedom with this brochure so careful consideration was given to the size of the brochure and it was lovely to move away from the conventional A4 or A5 standard sizes. The logo was already established and it’s colours are very strong, instead of over using these colours it was decided to use a complimentary colour scheme and use the red of the logo to make key features stand out.
Vector illustrations featured throughout the brochure as well as high quality, carefully sourced stock imagery. When printed on recycled paper, the brochure looked professional, informative but had an element of bright and eye-catching too. Lovely to hear that this brochure was distributed not only in this country but also across the water to America!
CJ’s is the ultimate destination for children and young adults when it comes to hair styling and pampering. The salon was specially created for younger people and strives to be up to date, as well as safe and welcoming to everyone. Our job was to create a brand identity and really make CJ’s stand out in creating a bright and vibrant logo, website and all promotional material including adverts, price lists, exhibition graphics, business cards, appointment cards and posters and flyers.
Langtons are a farm shop, garden centre and stone specialists. The Little Design Studio had the great job of designing and developing a logo which could be adapted to suit the needs of the three businesses. I was also asked to design this leaflet and was given an open brief (the sort we love) and produced a vibrant and eye catching design…
The Little Design Studio were asked to produce a range of posters for bands booked to perform in Charters. Charters venue is a converted floating Dutch barge holds a real ale and hosts late night live music on the lower deck. These posters were designed to promote “Summer Sundays” so a new logo was designed as well as a theme which could be adapted to show the photo’s of the different bands.
